Fells New HQ Fit-out in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire
Fells was founded in 1858 and is now widely recognised as one of the leading distributors of premium family-owned and produced fine wines in the UK.
The company has three main pillars to its business. Port, where it is regarded as the UK category leader, Fine Wines and a gifting business where it is the leading producer of premium gift packs in the UK.
The company is owned by Symington Family Estates, the world’s leading premium Port producer with combined sales that account for 33% of all the premium Port sold throughout the world, and by Miguel Torres, the leading family owned Spanish wine producer.
The expansion of the business over recent years means that Fells have outgrown their existing office space in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire and therefore chose to relocate a new HQ building in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire. Bulb Interiors won the competitive design and build project.
Branding to reflect Fells’ rich heritage and history forms the key design criteria. Almost 15,000 sq. ft. space, on two floors comprises offices for sales & marketing, distribution teams, breakout area, wine tasting & gifting areas.
